Overall, I am extremely satisfied and have recommended the community to any people that mention looking for a place to live. From the front office ladies to the two gentlemen I have met in the maintenance staff, this is one of, if not the, best apartment community I have lived in.

Responsive friendly staff. Beautiful apartment color scheme, quality construction, quality appliances, good layout, very clean. Attached garages with private entryway are a plus. Excellent facilities at the fitness center. Best part is the location and serene nature views from patio/ balcony with minimal traffic noise.

The Heritage Trails Apartment community is very nice. The grounds are well maintained. Very professional office staff. The apartment that I moved into was satisfactorily clean with some nice updates. The apartment layouts are modern and spacious.

I moved to the apartment sight-unseen from out-of-state. The staff were helpful in completing paperwork via email. The staff, grounds, neighbors, and apartment are some of the best I have had as a renter. I would recommend Heritage Trail.

I've had no problems with any appliances (and have used them all). I love the doggy park, the swimming pool, the gym, the large movie borrowing collection (which borrowing is free!), everything really! I feel safe here (I've left my apartment unlocked accidentally for like two weeks and no one broke in). And I love biking and walking on the trail that runs by the neighborhood.

One of the best apartment areas in Terre Haute, very close to Rose-Hulman and ideal for students. The renovated apartments look very nice, as well as the rest of the community space. Definitely recommend.

Very clean apartment, great services, utilities and excellent floor plan. Apartments are roomy and well maintained. Maintenance staff is excellent, ladies in management are very helpful and community is awesome especially being pet friendly! Would definitely recommend this place for anyone!
