Heritage Trail Apartments is a pet-friendly apartment community with a wonderful new pet park for their enjoyment. We welcome up to 2 pets/apartment, based on weight.

We welcome 1 pet up to 65 lbs, or two pets, each not to exceed 20 lbs. A non-refundable pet fee is assessed at move in, and is based on weight.  Ask your leasing agent for more details.

Due to insurance regulations, we cannot accept Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Chow Chows or mixes of any of these breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons.

The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Non-poisonous frogs, Domestic hamsters, Hermit crabs, Gerbils, Small domesticated birds, and Domestic fish. Fish tanks are allowed in 1st floor apartments only and cannot exceed 20 gallons. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary.
